11:00 am Friday - Camp specific dates available.

Why? To hear the Gospel message and to make new friends or renew friendships made at previous camps.

How? Email for a registration form and more information.

A signed registration form is required for each child attending each camp.

Mission Statement for School Holiday Camps

To create a place where children can have fun and experience something new and different. A place where children are surrounded by great Christian role models, who are passionate for Christ, and that children will see Jesus in these role models and in their actions, not just in what they say. We want to see children accepted, loved and cherished so that the children know that God cherishes and loves them most of all.

To create a place where youth and young adults are being raised up into the leaders of the future, developing Christian characteristics as they are growing and achieving their full potential. 


2020 & Beyond Easter Camp - CANCELLED

Sunday-Friday, 19-24 April 2020

The Chosen Valley Board of Trustees met on 19 March 2020 and agreed that, as a result of the current CoronaVirus situation and the Government's directive that no gatherings over 100 people are to be held, we have taken the step to cancel the 2020 & Beyond Easter Camp.

How to Register

To register simply download a registration form here and return it to us. Scan and email is fastest way to return this, otherwise pop it in the mail to us.

An alternative contact is also essential and cannot be a healthcare professional, social worker or any other agency worker.

Costs and Payment

Each camp costs $210.00 or $190.00 if two or more from the same family (includes $10.00 canteen)

A $50.00 deposit is required with registration.

All payments to be paid in full before Start date. 

Please make cheques payable to Chosen Valley Camp Trust. Fees can be paid by instalments prior to each camp. Please contact the camp office to discuss this.

Alternatively you can use internet banking.

WINZ/OSCAR Subsidies

If you already qualify for a WINZ/OSCAR subsidy please indicate this on the registration form in the section at the bottom of the first page. You will then be sent a OSCAR Declaration to take into your local WINZ office. If you are not sure whether you are entitled to this subsidy please indicate you need an Application for Childcare and OSCAR Subsidy and one will be sent out to you upon receipt of your child/ren's registration form.

Arrival & Departure

Registrations open at 3pm on Sunday and camp finishes the following Friday at 11am.

Security: At the beginning of camp you will need to register and sign-in your child to camp. At the end of the camp you will need to sign-out your child before you take them home.

Camp Visitors

Visits by parents, caregivers or friends during the school holiday camps can unsettle the campers and disrupt their activity programmes. All visits are to be by arrangement with the Manager, and at the Manager's discretion. We ask that this request is respected as the campers well-being is our prime concern. However, letters, cards or packages are welcomed. 

Emergency Contact

General phone calls to campers are discouraged as often children become more home sick. If you need to contact your child in an emergency please call the camp office. The Manager will contact parents or caregivers in the event of an emergency that involves their child.
